  12. NISClock is a small clock program that uses a minimum amount of CPU time
  13. since it only updates the clock every minute.  It makes use of Stephan
  14. Becker's screennotify.library which patches a few intuition.library
  15. functions so that the clock will automatically close its window if the
  16. Workbench screen is removed by IPrefs for a preferences change or by any
  17. other program.

  20. Installation

  22. With the workbench, you can just copy NISClock to the WBStartup drawer to
  23. have the program execute as you boot-up.

  25. screennotify.library by Stephan Becker must be installed in LIBS: or
  26. PROGDIR: (the directory where NISClock is started from).  Get
  27. screennofity.library from the distribution archive on AmiNET:

  32. Usage

  34. NISClock will run from the Workbench or the CLI, but it will not separate
  35. itself from the CLI.
  36. To STOP NISClock, simply run the program again.
